TEDx Talk
I gave a TEDx at the University of Delaware about perfectionism. I was grateful for being picked as 2 of the only student presenters. The TEDx stage allowed me to spread my message over 100.000 people who have viewed the video.
Speaking Value Over Features - eLearning
This eLearning module teaches Auto Exchange sellers how to turn product features into measurable dealership outcomes using the Sandler Selling System, FBBI model, and 4S storytelling framework—helping them tell value-driven stories that drive dealer growth.
True Colors - Workshop
With my work as a consultant for Beta Theta Pi, I created and facilitated a training on the personality assessment of True Colors. In the workshop, participants work within groups to educate other members on how their individual personalities mesh. Attached is my facilitation guide, powerpoint, and assessment tool.
Success Story
The world’s leading provider of corporate payment solutions was looking to ensure they stay at the forefront of the market. Doing so requires insights into how to best enable a 5,000+ global field force.
With The Brevet Group, we supported sales enablement leadership by leveraging research and insights from Brevet’s Sales Enablement Maturity Model. Using Brevet’s proprietary database, we conducted an assessment and benchmark study on leading and emerging sales enablement practices.
Our perspective and recommendations guided leadership to make significant investments in their enablement operations, redesign organizational structures, and refined key workflows with other functions. All while maintaining a focus on the core metrics that drive sales.

Quick Discovery Refresher for SDRs
The company’s Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) were skilled in driving top-of-funnel activity, but identified inconsistency in the quality of discovery conversations and tailored value
propositioning. Some reps were leading with product features too early instead of uncovering prospect pain
points and aligning the company’s solution to business outcomes.
In this hypothetical scenario, as the Enablement Trainer, I designed a training session to address this challenge and elevate the team’s discovery performance.
Training Proposal
The attached PowerPoint was designed to propose a day-long training session touching on a variety of learning objectives. It is a hypothetical proposal and was not used by the company. However, it is a great showcase of my abilities to design trainings and describe a complex topic in a short and engaging manner. The slides were designed in Canva.
Rapid Skill Acquisition
If you could learn anything, what would you learn? A new skill for a job? Or, perhaps you want to learn Italian for your trip to Italy next year. No matter what skills you want to master, I want to help make it happen.
In this 1 hour presentation, I spoke to 50 plus employees at Privia Health about rapid skill acquisition. Privia Health is a national physicians organization that transforms the healthcare delivery experience for physicians and consumers.
Dining Etiquette
At Beta Theta Pi, I helped develop a new onboarding program for it’s entry level Operations Consultants. The below facilitation guide was a workshop designed to teach the young professionals how to professionally conduct themselves with the organization’s partners.
MicroBooks
I created supplemental course curriculum for an “Individual Leadership” class. I spent a long time researching, writing, and editing these books. They were never meant to go into as much detail as I wrote, but I got carried away. Each book ranges from 6-10 pages. They show graphics, tables, and calls to action.
AAUW Conference: Future Change Makers
American Association of University Women is the largest women’s empowerment group in the nation. Their mission is “to advance gender equity for women and girls through research, education, and advocacy.” They have a national branch, state branches, and local branches. I interned for the local branch for 2 years during college.
Working with a team of 5, we founded the Future Change Makers Conference for young women and girls in middle school and high school. Each member of our team focused on certain roles in the project. I focused on finding speakers and developing curriculum.
